A global leader in strategy, software engineering, data & AI, is looking for a Business Unit Manager in Berlin. If you thrive on hunting for new business, building strong client relationships, and owning the entire sales cycle, this is for you!
🎯 What you’ll do
🎯 Drive client acquisition and retention—be the go-to person for strategic client relationships.
👥 Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Junior and Senior Business Managers. Squad of 10 corporate warriors and 40 consultants.
📊 Own your KPIs and ensure your team smashes their targets.
🤝 Coordinate closely with recruiters to match top talent with top clients.
📈 Upsell, cross-sell, and develop long-term partnerships across our diverse service lines.
👨💻 What you’ll do
🔥 Lead & manage – Coach and grow a team of Business Managers 🤝
🎯 Hunt & close deals – Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract 🏆
📈 Expand key accounts – Develop long-term, high-value partnerships 💎
👥 Collaborate with recruiters – Find and place top-tier consultants 👨💻

✅ 3+ years in sales & management – Experience in consulting/IT is a plus 💡
✅ Sharp business mindset – You think strategy & execute fast ⚡

✅ Fluent in German & English – French is a plus 🇩🇪🇬🇧
