In Frankfurt, CBTW is looking for a Sales Leader to join the team!

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to lead the sales initiatives,
collaborate across departments, and drive strategic growth.

Business Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and support the team to meet
    targets.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast future sales, and collaborate with other departments
    for planning and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, negotiate
    contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve the sales process, identify opportunities for efficiency, and
    communicate sales performance and strategies to the executive team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with service lines across the country, including Service Line Leaders,
    Domain Leaders, and Business Development Managers, to ensure seamless
    operations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to align campaigns with sales strategies
    and ensure effective lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture Department to align talent management
    with business goals.
  • Coordinate with Support Functions such as Business Controllers, Admin,
    Finance, and Legal for efficient operations and compliance.
  • Leverage internal communities to adopt an expertise-driven sales approach.
  • Promote the utilization of Information Systems (IS) and tools to streamline
    processes and enhance productivity.
  • Advocate for and implement the group’s operating frameworks and processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales strategy development and performance
    management.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as
    marketing, HR, finance, and operations to drive business growth.
  • Expertise in process improvement, with a focus on enhancing operational
    efficiency and optimizing sales workflows.
  • Customer-centric approach, with a track record of building long-term
    relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends,
    and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to
    changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging
    stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executives.
  • Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and familiarity with operational
    frameworks to streamline sales processes and drive results.
